Personal Training

With 27 years of weight training under my belt, I've gained a considerable amount of experience within the field of health & fitness. As  a former figure competitor, my specialities lie in changing body composition and improving overall health and fitness levels. I've worked with people of all ages, experience levels and abilities, both male & female. However, my experience doesn't just lie there. Over the years I've helped many individuals overcome injury, strengthen legs and backs to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, get them walking and mobile again when they were told it may not be possible.

My goal is simply to help people bring out the best in themselves and show them that they are so much stronger physically and mentally than they ever imagined possible.

I completely understand that a gym environment can be somewhat daunting to people, so after closing my PT Studio in 2020, I knew that I had to have another space to accommodate those that prefer a private 121 environment. The training space here is not remotely intimidating. I have dumbbells from 0.5kg up to 18kg, kettlebells, trx, resistance bands and other bits and bobs.

Sessions will be fun, and yes, you will of course be working hard, but the level of hard is always relative to the individual. I'm here to help people become stronger and fitter than they were before, not compete with other people!

​

I have a fully integrated training app that can utilised by everyone individually, providing personalised training plans and nutrition plans to follow outside of PT sessions, if you so desire.
