(Please allow at least 2hrs) Sound, Energy Breath: After a cup of warm 100% Cacao, you'll be grounded and guided through breath into a deep, calm and relaxed state. A full chakra alignment will follow incorporating the healing energies of crystals. You'll receive a full aura cleanse using selenite and a 528hz tuning fork, flowing seamlessly into the magical sounds of 432hz crystal singing bowls, and the ethereal vibrational frequency of gongs.
