Ethereal Embodiment is a 90 minute 121 session in our studio in Highgate combining the healing powers of Sound, Energy & Breathwork. (Please allow 2hrs) After a cup of warm 100% Cacao, you'll be grounded and guided through breath into a deep, calm and relaxed state. A full chakra alignment will follow incorporating the healing energies of crystals. You'll receive a full aura cleanse using selenite and a 528hz tuning fork, flowing seamlessly into the magical sounds of 432hz crystal singing bowls, and the ethereal vibrational frequency of gongs. A crystal used in the session will be yours to keep, ensuring you carry the energy of the session out into the world with you! It's a magical experience like no other.

Lose yourself in the healing sounds of432hz crystal singing bowls, Koshi Chimes and 528hz Tuning Forks, with the added bonus of bringing your dog! Sound healing is so beneficial for animals and you'll be surprised at how quickly your furry friend relaxes into a state of calm and relaxation. After a warm cup of 100% Cacao to help you fully relax, you'll be grounded and guided through a calming breathwork meditation to help anchor you into a state of deep relaxation, ready to be fully immersed in the healing frequency of 432hz. Sumptuous Z-beds, cushions, bolster cushions, cosy blankets and calming linseed filled eye pillows will be provided for everyone. A grounding mat plugged in to earth your energy will be available to everyone, and mineral water charged by copper and crystals will be provided individually. Luxurious beds will be provided for your dog so they can lie beside you throughout the session. Water charged with Rose Quartz will also be available along with some tasty doggy treats before and after the session. A crystal grid will be set up for each session and one of those crystals charged with the energy of the session will be yours to take away and keep, plus one for your dog that could placed under their bed at home, or fixed to their harness. All you need to bring is yourself and your dog, everything else will be provided! Please allow 90 mins.
