Lose yourself in the healing sounds of432hz crystal singing bowls, Gongs, Koshi Chimes and 528hz Tuning Forks, with our Ethereal Sound Bath - 121 session individually tailored to your needs. After a warm cup of 100% Cacao to help you fully relax, you'll be grounded and guided through a calming breathwork meditation to help anchor you into a state of deep relaxation, ready to be fully immersed in the healing frequency of 432hz. Sumptuous Z-beds, cushions, a bolster cushion, cosy blanket and a calming linseed filled eye pillow will be provided. A grounding mat plugged in to earth your energy will be available, and mineral water charged by copper and crystals will be provided. A crystal grid will be set up for each session and one of those crystals charged with the energy of the session will be yours to take away and keep. All you need to bring is yourself, everything will be provided! For Private sessions for up to 7 people, choose the Private Group Sound Bath option. The actual session will be 1hr from start to finish, but please allow 90 mins giving time for Cacao and chats!

The event is run in our Ethereal Warrior Studio in Highgate. With 6 places available for each session you can book for yourself and/or a friend(s) and join in with others. No breathwork experience necessary as you'll be guided through it all, but the more practiced you are, the deeper you can go! You'll be provided with 100% Cacao on entry to help relax you and pull you into your heart space, and water charged with Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Copper, before embarking on a magical journey through breath. Each session compiles of strong, activating techniques, followed by slower, cleansing and more calming techniques, transporting you into a DEEP meditation. An experience out of this world, literally! Please allow up to 2 hours. The session will be approx 60-75 minutes allowing time before and after to relax, reflect and share your experience if compelled to do so.
