- Ethereal Breath Program - 121
A 4 week Breathwork program where you will learn how to truly connect the body and mind to the breath. During our Ethereal Breath Program you will experience the wonderful benefits of 8 Pranayama Techniques. Prana (Vital life force/breath), yama (to take control). Using different techniques to activate the energy systems, cleanse, balance and calm, you'll learn to open up and strengthen the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, muscular, digestive, and endocrine systems. You'll acquire all the tools needed to help you calm your mind, relieve stress, become comfortable in stillness, and gain a deeper connection to a higher consciousness, and a greater love and appreciation for yourself, and this thing we call life. You will participate in 5 x 1 - 1.5 hour weekly sessions led by Claire Cordell in the Ethereal Warrior Studio. Each session will focus on 2 different breathing techniques designed to train even the busiest of minds to relax and focus into calm and serenity. You will develop a greater understanding of Mindfulness and learn how to be more present in day to day life. You will have access to audios and videos in your own online account to ensure you can practice these techniques whenever and wherever you want, with full access for 12 months. You'll receive printed pdfs and a daily journal to help document your progress. ADDED BONUS!!! You will receive FREE Mindful Meditation exercises focusing on Gratitude, Stress & Anxiety, Confidence, and Sleep.
- Warrior Breath Event Highgate
The event is run in our Ethereal Warrior Studio in Highgate. With 6 places available for each session you can book for yourself and/or a friend(s) and join in with others. No breathwork experience necessary as you'll be guided through it all, but the more practiced you are, the deeper you can go! You'll be provided with 100% Cacao on entry to help relax you and pull you into your heart space, and water charged with Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Copper, before embarking on a magical journey through breath. Each session compiles of strong, activating techniques, followed by slower, cleansing and more calming techniques, transporting you into a DEEP meditation. An experience out of this world, literally! Please allow up to 2 hours. The session will be approx 60-75 minutes allowing time before and after to relax, reflect and share your experience if compelled to do so.
