Private Personal Training sessions including individually tailored nutrition plans with packages of 4 & 10 sessions. Access to an app with your own personal account to document tracking and progress. Personal Training plans to accommodate both home & gym workouts will also be provided. With experience spanning over 20 years, Claire has worked with a huge array of clients, all with varying requirements. From general improved fitness, fat loss, improved muscle tone and rehab, to building muscle and athlete level fat shredding. Free consultation with no obligation, can be booked online or please contact Claire to book an appointment before committing to purchasing sessions.
Cancellation Policy
To reschedule, please contact Claire at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Any appointments cancelled outside of this time frame will be charged at the full rate. We do not offer refunds.
