Ethereal Embodiment is a 90 minute 121 session in our studio in Highgate combining the healing powers of Sound, Energy & Breathwork. (Please allow 2hrs) After a cup of warm 100% Cacao, you'll be grounded and guided through breath into a deep, calm and relaxed state. A full chakra alignment will follow incorporating the healing energies of crystals. You'll receive a full aura cleanse using selenite and a 528hz tuning fork, flowing seamlessly into the magical sounds of 432hz crystal singing bowls, and the ethereal vibrational frequency of gongs. A crystal used in the session will be yours to keep, ensuring you carry the energy of the session out into the world with you! It's a magical experience like no other.

Sumptuous Z-beds, cushions, bolster cushions, cosy blankets and calming linseed filled eye pillows will be provided for everyone. A grounding mat plugged in to earth your energy will be available to everyone, and mineral water charged by copper and crystals will be provided individually. Luxurious beds will be provided for your dog so they can lie beside you throughout the session. Water charged with Rose Quartz will also be available along with some tasty doggy treats before and after the session. A crystal grid will be set up for each session and one of those crystals charged with the energy of the session will be yours to take away and keep, plus one for your dog that could placed under their bed at home, or fixed to their harness. A 4 week Breathwork program where you will learn how to truly connect the body and mind to the breath. During our Ethereal Breath Program you will experience the wonderful benefits of 8 Pranayama Techniques. Prana (Vital life force/breath), yama (to take control). Using different techniques to activate the energy systems, cleanse, balance and calm, you'll learn to open up and strengthen the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, muscular, digestive, and endocrine systems. You'll acquire all the tools needed to help you calm your mind, relieve stress, become comfortable in stillness, and gain a deeper connection to a higher consciousness, and a greater love and appreciation for yourself, and this thing we call life.
