A 4 week Breathwork program where you will learn how to truly connect the body and mind to the breath. During our Ethereal Breath Program you will experience the wonderful benefits of 8 Pranayama Techniques. Prana (Vital life force/breath), yama (to take control). Using different techniques to activate the energy systems, cleanse, balance and calm, you'll learn to open up and strengthen the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, muscular, digestive, and endocrine systems. You'll acquire all the tools needed to help you calm your mind, relieve stress, become comfortable in stillness, and gain a deeper connection to a higher consciousness, and a greater love and appreciation for yourself, and this thing we call life. You will participate in 5 x 1 - 1.5 hour weekly sessions led by Claire Cordell in the Ethereal Warrior Studio. Each session will focus on 2 different breathing techniques designed to train even the busiest of minds to relax and focus into calm and serenity. The event is run in our Ethereal Warrior Studio in Highgate. With 6 places available for each session you can book for yourself and/or a friend(s) and join in with others. No breathwork experience necessary as you'll be guided through it all, but the more practiced you are, the deeper you can go! You'll be provided with 100% Cacao on entry to help relax you and pull you into your heart space, and water charged with Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Copper, before embarking on a magical journey through breath. Energy healing is a wonderful alternative therapy for animals. Just like us they are energetic beings and can often be very sensitive to energy changes. As a proud slave to two beautiful cats, I know only too well how helpless you can feel when your furry companions are unwell or simply not acting themselves. Animal Energy healing can help to maintain their health on a physical, emotional and energetic level. It can help increase their sense of relaxation, reduce any tension or anxiety, and help speed their recovery post surgery or through illness. Palliative Care: Our animals are part of our family, and with life spans much shorter than ours, we will inevitably have to experience their passing at some point. Energy healing can help ease their suffering and bring peace to both the animal and guardian. From personal experience, I've witnessed both cats and dogs almost gain a new lease of life before their passing. Eating food when they hadn't touched any for days, regaining their little spark and becoming happy and even playful again. Helping our animals feel calm and relaxed before they transition, allowing them to fully enjoy their final days with us, can bring a sense of acceptance freeing them to transition in peace and love. Ethereal Embodiment is a 90 minute 121 session in our studio in Highgate combining the healing powers of Sound, Energy & Breathwork. (Please allow 2hrs) After a cup of warm 100% Cacao, you'll be grounded and guided through breath into a deep, calm and relaxed state. A full chakra alignment will follow incorporating the healing energies of crystals. You'll receive a full aura cleanse using selenite and a 528hz tuning fork, flowing seamlessly into the magical sounds of 432hz crystal singing bowls, and the ethereal vibrational frequency of gongs.
