Individually tailored Breathwork Coaching sessions to support your own personal goals. Whether its learning to calm the mind, control performance anxiety, overcome fears, work on building your immune system, or combat conditions like asthma or high blood pressure, each breathwork coaching session will be bespoke to you. Initial sessions include a full consultation. Following sessions with be 60 mins at £80 per session.

Ethereal Embodiment is a 90 minute 121 session in our studio in Highgate combining the healing powers of Sound, Energy & Breathwork. (Please allow 2hrs) After a cup of warm 100% Cacao, you'll be grounded and guided through breath into a deep, calm and relaxed state. A full chakra alignment will follow incorporating the healing energies of crystals. You'll receive a full aura cleanse using selenite and a 528hz tuning fork, flowing seamlessly into the magical sounds of 432hz crystal singing bowls, and the ethereal vibrational frequency of gongs. A crystal used in the session will be yours to keep, ensuring you carry the energy of the session out into the world with you! It's a magical experience like no other.

Our Ethereal Energy Healing service offers a full balance and Chakra alignment, utilizing crystals alongside the traditional energy healing methods. These sessions are designed to reduce stress & tension, promote deep relaxation and improve sleep. The term Chakra refers to the energy centres in our body that correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs. There are seven major chakras that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head. These energy centres are connected by meridians, energy pathways running throughout the whole of the body. When these are out of balance, it’s common to experience physical or emotional symptoms related to that particular chakra/area. Reiki traditionally focuses on these seven chakras, whereas Ethereal Energy Healing takes Reiki to the next level, working on those 7 and more.
