As a certified Mindfulness Coach, Claire will show you techniques that can be incorporated into daily life that will really help break the chains and stop you being a slave to your thoughts.

You will have access to audios and videos in your own online account to ensure you can practice these techniques whenever and wherever you want, with full access for 12 months. You'll receive downloadable pdfs and a daily journal to help document your progress.

ETHEREAL BREATH

A 4 week program where you will learn how to truly connect the body and mind to the breath. You'll experience the wonderful benefits of 8 Pranayama Techniques. Prana (Vital life force/breath), yama (to take control).


Using different techniques to activate the energy systems, cleanse, balance and calm, you'll learn to open up and strengthen the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, muscular, digestive, and endocrine systems.
