Ten 1 hr sessions over twelve weeks in our training space. Its not remotely intimidating. I have dumbbells from 0.5kg up to 18kg, kettlebells, trx, resistance bands and other bits and bobs.

Consists of five 1.5 hour weekly online sessions. Each session will focus on two different breathing techniques designed to train even the busiest of minds to relax and focus into calm and serenity.

121 sessions either online or in the studio. Learning 8 breathwork techniques to help calm the mind and body bringing peace within.
