Prana (Vital life force/breath), yama (to take control). Using different techniques to activate the energy systems, cleanse, balance and calm, you'll learn to open up and strengthen the respiratory, nervous, circulatory, muscular, digestive, and endocrine systems. You'll acquire all the tools needed to help you calm your mind, become comfortable in stillness, and gain a deeper connection to a higher consciousness, and a greater love for yourself, and this thing we call life.
