Warrior Breath Event Highgate
Service Description
The event is run in our Ethereal Warrior Studio in Highgate. With five places available for each session you can book for yourself and/or a friend(s) and join in with others. No breathwork experience necessary as you'll be guided through it all, but the more practiced you are, the deeper you can go! You'll be provided with 100% Cacao on entry to help relax you and pull you into your heart space, and water charged with Amethyst, Rose Quartz and Copper, before embarking on a magical journey through breath. Each session compiles of strong, activating techniques, followed by slower, cleansing and more calming techniques, transporting you into a DEEP meditation. An experience out of this world, literally! Please allow up to 90 minutes. The session will be between 50-60 minutes allowing time before and after to relax, reflect and share your experience if compelled to do so. This program is designed to work when completed within 28 days. Missed sessions that fall outside of this time frame can be arranged but will be charged at the full 121 Breathwork rate of £99. We do not offer refunds.
